How long does the standard queue take?
Usually 2 to 5 minutes. During peak weekend hours, the app shows your queue position and dynamic ETA.
What should I do if the queue is full?
To ensure processing stability, new entries may be throttled briefly. Please try again in a few minutes without re-recording.
Can I close the app after uploading?
Yes. Once the status shows 'In Queue' or 'Analyzing', you can safely leave the app. A notification will alert you upon completion.
Why is skill level displayed as a range instead of a single score?
Badminton performance naturally fluctuates with stamina and pacing. An estimated range (e.g., LV 8-10) reflects true capabilities objectively.
Why does my report show 'Plain Stats Card' without a level?
When camera angle is too low/steep, or play style exceeds normal measurement bounds, we provide a plain stats card to avoid inaccurate estimates.
Does a Plain Stats Card affect rally and shot statistics?
Not at all. Shot counts, longest rally, court movement, and pacing metrics remain fully detailed and available.
Does handheld camera shake affect analysis quality?
Minor vibration is compensated automatically. Severe shake may hinder rally tracking. We recommend using a tripod behind the baseline.
Where is the best place to set up my phone camera?
Place your phone on a tripod approximately 1.5 to 2 meters behind the court baseline center, at a height of 1.5 to 1.8 meters.
Are doubles matches supported?
Yes. The app tracks rally lengths, durations, and movement. Singles and doubles use distinct reference standards.
How long are uploaded match videos kept?
Raw videos are deleted from servers 7 days after processing. Match reports and highlight clips are kept long-term (small file size) unless deleted by user.
Does the system perform facial recognition?
Never. Our analysis relies strictly on court movement paths and spatial geometry. We do not extract or store facial biometrics.
Where are the analysis servers located?
Our data is strictly stored in Taiwan on self-hosted on-premise servers under strict security controls.
Can I delete my historical match reports?
Version 1.0 has no user accounts or logins. To delete your data, please email [email protected] with your card number or video name, and we will delete that record.
Why does the app request notification permission?
Notifications allow us to alert you when your match report is ready while the app is closed. You can toggle this anytime in settings.
Are my match stats visible to others?
No. Your reports are strictly private to your account unless you explicitly export and share a share card image.
