平時約需 2 至 5 分鐘。若遇週末上傳高峰，App 狀態列會顯示前方排隊支數與動態預估時間，供您參考。

如果遇到『現在排隊人數較多』提示該怎麼辦？

為確保伺服器穩定與運算品質，佇列滿額時會暫時調節流入。請依畫面提示於數分鐘後再試，無需重新錄製。

上傳影片後可以把 App 關掉嗎？

可以。只要看到狀態進入『正在排隊等候』或『分析計算中』，即可安心離開 App，完成後會主動發送推播通知。

為什麼實力指標是用『區間』而非單一絕對分數？

羽球對抗受當天體能、對手風格及攻防節奏影響，客觀實力呈現為穩定區間（如 LV 8–10），能更真實反映您的能力範圍。

為什麼我的報告顯示『純數據卡』而沒有提供級數？

當影片拍攝機位過低、過側，或打法型態超出常態量測基準時，系統會客觀提供純數據卡，確保不給出未經驗證的失真判斷。

純數據卡會影響我的擊球拍數與回合統計嗎？

完全不會。純數據卡依然會完整提供相持拍數、最長回合、跑動位移與節奏等所有客觀物理數據。

手持拍攝晃動會影響分析品質嗎？

輕微晃動可自動補償；但若晃動劇烈或視角頻繁偏離球場，可能導致部分回合無法計算。建議使用腳架架設於底線後方。

最佳的手機架設位置在哪裡？

建議將手機架設於球場後場底線正中央後方約 1.5 至 2 公尺處，高度約 1.5 至 1.8 公尺，俯瞰全場視野最佳。

雙打比賽可以分析嗎？目前支援度如何？

支援雙打。系統能計算回合拍數、相持時間與跑動總量；單雙打之實力區間基準有所不同，系統會依型態分別呈現。

我上傳的比賽影片會被保存多久？

上傳的原始影片將於處理完成 7 天後自動自伺服器刪除；分析報告與精華影片則會長期保存（檔案小），除非使用者自行刪除。

系統會進行人臉辨識或生物特徵建檔嗎？

絕對不會。我們的分析僅依據運動軌跡與球場空間幾何進行物理量計算，絕不擷取、儲存或比對任何人臉特徵。

分析伺服器設立在哪裡？

我們的資料只放在台灣、自有主機，遵循嚴格的資料隱私與保護規範。

我可以手動刪除我的歷史分析報告嗎？

1.0 版無帳號、無登入。若您需要刪除資料，請來信 [email protected] 附上卡號或影片名稱，我們會刪除該筆資料。

為什麼 App 需要請求通知權限？

開啟通知能在您關閉 App 或鎖定螢幕後，於分析完成時第一時間收到推播提醒；您可以隨時在系統設定中開啟或關閉。

我的比賽數據會被公開給其他人看到嗎？

不會。您的比賽報告預設僅供您個人帳戶瀏覽；除非您主動點擊匯出並分享分享卡圖片，否則他人無法檢視。

是從 10 月 1 日開始收費嗎？

是。自 2026 年 10 月 1 日起有付費方案，另有單次分析可以購買。

月費多少錢？

價格以 App 內顯示為準。Pro 每月 8 支影片，每支最長 20 分鐘。創始會員：前 200 位享優惠價，並獲得永久徽章。

不付費還能用嗎？

可以。免費版仍然提供完整分析，不是縮水版，只是有時候可能會比較慢。第一個月可分析 2 支影片，之後每 30 天 1 支。

iPhone 要怎麼使用優惠碼？

iPhone 的 App 裡沒有輸入優惠碼的地方（這是 Apple 的規定），請寫信給客服，我們協助您套用。Android 可以直接在 App 裡輸入。

揮拍實驗室是什麼？

揮拍實驗室有兩個功能：「即時揮速」讓您握著手機揮拍，馬上看到揮拍速度；「上傳揮拍分析」讓您上傳一段揮拍影片，看到可以改進的地方。目前 Android 已上線，iOS 即將推出。

即時揮速要訂閱嗎？

要。即時揮速為 Pro 訂閱者專屬功能，使用次數不限。

上傳揮拍分析每週可以用幾次？

Pro 訂閱者每週可以上傳 20 次。每段影片請控制在 10 秒以內，並包含 3 次揮拍。

When camera angle is too low/steep, or play style exceeds normal measurement bounds, we provide a plain stats card to avoid inaccurate estimates.

Does a Plain Stats Card affect rally and shot statistics?

Not at all. Shot counts, longest rally, court movement, and pacing metrics remain fully detailed and available.

Does handheld camera shake affect analysis quality?

Minor vibration is compensated automatically. Severe shake may hinder rally tracking. We recommend using a tripod behind the baseline.

Where is the best place to set up my phone camera?

Place your phone on a tripod approximately 1.5 to 2 meters behind the court baseline center, at a height of 1.5 to 1.8 meters.

Are doubles matches supported?

Yes. The app tracks rally lengths, durations, and movement. Singles and doubles use distinct reference standards.

How long are uploaded match videos kept?

Raw videos are deleted from servers 7 days after processing. Match reports and highlight clips are kept long-term (small file size) unless deleted by user.

Does the system perform facial recognition?

Never. Our analysis relies strictly on court movement paths and spatial geometry. We do not extract or store facial biometrics.

Where are the analysis servers located?

Our data is strictly stored in Taiwan on self-hosted on-premise servers under strict security controls.

Can I delete my historical match reports?

Version 1.0 has no user accounts or logins. To delete your data, please email [email protected] with your card number or video name, and we will delete that record.

Why does the app request notification permission?

Notifications allow us to alert you when your match report is ready while the app is closed. You can toggle this anytime in settings.

Are my match stats visible to others?

No. Your reports are strictly private to your account unless you explicitly export and share a share card image.

Is ABC paid from 1 October?

Yes. Paid plans start on 1 October 2026, and you can also buy a single analysis.

How much is the monthly plan?

Prices are as shown in the app. Pro gives 8 videos a month, each up to 20 minutes. Founding members: the first 200 people get a discounted price and a permanent badge.

Can I still use it for free?

Yes. The free tier still gives you the full analysis, not a cut-down one; it may just be slower at times. The first month gives you 2 videos, then 1 video every 30 days.

How do I use a promo code on iPhone?

The iPhone app has no place to enter a promo code (an Apple rule), so please write to support and we will apply it for you. On Android you can enter it in the app.

What is Swing Lab?

Swing Lab has two features. Instant Swing Speed lets you hold your phone and swing to see your swing speed right away. Upload Swing Analysis lets you upload a short swing clip to see what to improve. Android is live now, and iOS is coming soon.

Do I need a subscription for Instant Swing Speed?

Yes. Instant Swing Speed is for Pro subscribers only, with unlimited use.

How many times a week can I upload for Swing Analysis?

Pro subscribers can upload 20 times per week. Each clip should be within 10 seconds and show 3 swings.

How long does the standard queue take?

Usually 2 to 5 minutes. During peak weekend hours, the app shows your queue position and dynamic ETA.

What should I do if the queue is full?

To ensure processing stability, new entries may be throttled briefly. Please try again in a few minutes without re-recording.

Can I close the app after uploading?

Yes. Once the status shows 'In Queue' or 'Analyzing', you can safely leave the app. A notification will alert you upon completion.

Why is skill level displayed as a range instead of a single score?

Badminton performance naturally fluctuates with stamina and pacing. An estimated range (e.g., LV 8-10) reflects true capabilities objectively.

Why does my report show 'Plain Stats Card' without a level?

When camera angle is too low/steep, or play style exceeds normal measurement bounds, we provide a plain stats card to avoid inaccurate estimates.

Does a Plain Stats Card affect rally and shot statistics?

Not at all. Shot counts, longest rally, court movement, and pacing metrics remain fully detailed and available.

Does handheld camera shake affect analysis quality?

Minor vibration is compensated automatically. Severe shake may hinder rally tracking. We recommend using a tripod behind the baseline.

Where is the best place to set up my phone camera?

Place your phone on a tripod approximately 1.5 to 2 meters behind the court baseline center, at a height of 1.5 to 1.8 meters.

Are doubles matches supported?

Yes. The app tracks rally lengths, durations, and movement. Singles and doubles use distinct reference standards.

How long are uploaded match videos kept?
