一、我們蒐集什麼、為什麼

上傳的影片會傳送到伺服器進行分析。伺服器位於台灣。

二、保留多久

三者分開處理是有原因的：原始影片體積大、而且可能拍到其他人， 所以保留期最短；分析報告很小、不含他人影像，而且是你查看自己進步的依據。

三、年齡

帳號持有人必須年滿 18 歲。 我們不為未滿 18 歲者建立帳號。

影片中可以出現未成年球員，但上傳者必須是其監護人，或已取得監護人授權。

四、影片中的其他人

羽球影片通常會拍到對手、隊友或場邊的人。我們用三層方式處理：

1. 上傳前聲明
   上傳者必須確認自己有權上傳，且已依拍攝情境適當告知影片中可辨識的人士
   此影片將用於 AI 羽球分析；涉及未成年人時，上傳者為其監護人或已取得授權。
   此聲明與其時間會被記錄。

1. 移除要求
   如果你出現在他人上傳的影片中，可以要求我們刪除相關影片與分析資料。

五、我們不做人臉辨識

本服務不進行人臉辨識，也不建立可跨影片識別特定人士的身份資料。

分析僅針對使用者在該支影片中指定的對象進行。 同一個人出現在不同影片中，對系統而言是彼此無關的。

這是對本服務目前技術行為的陳述。若未來要改變，我們會先更新本政策。

六、第三方

我們不使用第三方分析或追蹤服務。 截至本版日期，本服務未整合任何分析、廣告、當機回報或行為追蹤套件； 影片也不會傳送至任何第三方 AI 或影像辨識服務——分析在我們自己的系統內完成。

我們不販售個人資料，也不以你的個人資料進行廣告投放。

若日後因法令、有效的政府要求，或營運上必要的服務供應商而需處理資料， 我們會在本頁明確揭露對象、目的與範圍。

七、你的權利

1. What We Collect, and Why

Uploaded videos are transmitted to a server for analysis. The server is located in Taiwan.

2. How Long We Retain It

There is a reason these three are handled separately: original videos are large in size and may capture other people, so their retention period is the shortest; analysis reports are small, contain no images of other people, and are the basis on which you review your own progress.

3. Age

The account holder must be at least 18 years old. We do not create accounts for those under 18.

Minor players may appear in videos, but the uploader must be their guardian or must have obtained the guardian's authorization.

4. Other People in Videos

Badminton videos usually capture opponents, teammates, or people at the side of the court. We handle this in three layers:

1. Declaration before upload
   The uploader must confirm that they have the right to upload the video, and that they have appropriately informed the identifiable people in it,
   as suited to the circumstances of filming, that the video will be used for AI badminton analysis; where minors are involved, that the uploader is their guardian or has obtained authorization.
   This declaration and the time it was made are recorded.

   If you appear in a video uploaded by someone else, you can ask us to delete the related video and analysis data.

5. We Do Not Perform Facial Recognition

This service does not perform facial recognition, and does not build identity data capable of identifying a specific person across videos.

Analysis is performed only on the subject the user designates within that particular video. When the same person appears in different videos, those are unrelated instances as far as the system is concerned.

This is a statement about the current technical behavior of this service. If this is to change in the future, we will update this policy first.

6. Third Parties

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services. As of the date of this version, this service does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking package; videos are also not transmitted to any third-party AI or image recognition service — analysis is completed within our own system.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your personal data for advertising targeting.

If in the future data must be processed due to law, a valid government request, or a service provider necessary for operations, we will explicitly disclose the party, purpose, and scope on this page.

7. Your Rights

You may request to inquire about, obtain a copy of, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop its processing and use. You may also delete all data for a single video at any time, or delete your entire account.
