一、我們蒐集什麼、為什麼

上傳的影片會傳送到伺服器進行分析。伺服器位於台灣。

ABC App 1.0 不建立帳號、不需要登入，也不蒐集 email 或其他聯絡方式。 你不需要註冊就能使用，我們也因此沒有一份「屬於你」的長期資料。 網站的徵件投稿是另一個管道，說明見下方〈徵件投稿與 Email 通知〉。

徵件投稿與 Email 通知

本節只適用於官網的公開徵件（goforone365.com/apply/）。ABC App 本身不蒐集 email。

投稿時可以選填一個 Email。完全選填，不填照樣可以投稿。

兩種同意分開、都預設不勾，可以分別撤回。用途就只有上面這兩項： 不做其他用途，也不提供給第三方。

每一封信都附一鍵退訂連結。你也可以隨時來信 privacy@goforone365.com 查詢、更正或刪除這筆資料。

保存期間：只勾進度通知的 Email，在該次投稿處理完成後就不再需要， 我們會定期清除；有勾消息通知的 Email 則保留到你退訂、或來信要求刪除為止。 你也可以隨時要求提前刪除。

二、保留多久：伺服器副本與手機本機副本

你的資料有兩種副本，規則不同，我們分開講清楚。

伺服器副本

指存放在我們伺服器上的資料：原始影片、成果影片、分析報告， 以及所有分析衍生資料。

伺服器副本只有一個保留期。 不分原始影片、成果影片或分析報告， 於分析完成後最長 7 天內全部自動刪除。

手機本機副本

指你自行下載保存到手機的報告與成果影片。

這些檔案存在你自己的裝置上，保留至你自行刪除為止—— 它們不在我們的伺服器上，我們不會、也無法遠端刪除它們。 是否進入 iCloud、Google 或其他裝置備份，取決於你自己的裝置與雲端備份設定。

為什麼這樣設計

我們刻意不長期保存。沒有帳號，就沒有任何伺服器資料是等著你哪天去刪它的； 也沒有跨影片累積的成長紀錄——每一次分析對系統而言都是獨立的一次。

例外：若我們收到法院或主管機關依法定程序提出的正式要求， 必須就特定資料配合保留，我們會在該要求的範圍與期間內保留， 義務結束後刪除。除此之外，我們不因任何其他理由延長上述保留期。

三、年齡

本服務供年滿 18 歲的使用者使用。

這是使用條件，我們在本頁、服務條款與支援中心告知。1.0 不需要註冊， 因此沒有註冊時的年齡驗證步驟——我們把這一點如實寫出來， 而不是宣稱一個不存在的驗證機制。

影片中可以出現未成年球員，但上傳者必須是其監護人，或已取得監護人授權。

四、影片中的其他人

羽球影片通常會拍到對手、隊友或場邊的人。我們用三層方式處理：

1. 上傳前聲明
   上傳者必須確認自己有權上傳，且已依拍攝情境適當告知影片中可辨識的人士，
   此影片將用於 AI 羽球分析；涉及未成年人時，上傳者為其監護人或已取得授權。
2. 移除要求
   如果你出現在他人上傳的影片中，可以來信要求我們刪除相關影片與分析資料：
   privacy@goforone365.com。我們會在收到後 30 天內回覆。
   請注意本服務的技術限制：我們不建立帳號，也不建立可跨影片識別特定人士的
   身份資料，因此無法用姓名或臉孔搜尋影片。請在信中提供足以定位該影片的
   資訊，例如拍攝日期、球館或球場、上傳者是誰。
   另外，影片與分析結果在分析完成後最長 7 天內自動刪除。多數情況下你的請求
   送達時資料已經不存在了；若仍在保留期內，我們會刪除。
3. 技術上不建立任何人的身份
   見下一節。

五、我們不做人臉辨識

本服務不進行人臉辨識，也不建立可跨影片識別特定人士的身份資料。

分析僅針對使用者在該支影片中指定的對象進行。 同一個人出現在不同影片中，對系統而言是彼此無關的。

這是對本服務目前技術行為的陳述。若未來要改變，我們會先更新本政策。

六、第三方與主機供應商

我們不使用第三方分析或追蹤服務。 截至本版日期，本服務未整合任何分析、廣告、當機回報或行為追蹤套件； 影片也不會傳送至任何第三方 AI 或影像辨識服務。

我們不販售個人資料，也不以你的個人資料進行廣告投放。

「無追蹤」指的是廣告與行銷追蹤。 為了維運與安全，伺服器會產生技術性 存取紀錄（見第二節），可能包含來源 IP 位址，保留最長 7 天後自動輪替刪除； 它不用於廣告、行銷，也不用於跨服務追蹤。

主機供應商：影片於位於台灣的雲端主機處理。主機商是本服務的服務供應商， 為我們提供運算與儲存基礎設施。我們未向主機商購買任何快照或備份功能； 服務端資料刪除後，不存在本服務保留的副本。

1.0 免費、沒有 App 內購買，因此沒有金流服務供應商；也沒有推播通知。

若日後因法令、有效的政府要求，或營運上必要的其他服務供應商而需處理資料， 我們會先在本頁列出對象、目的與範圍，再開始使用。

七、你的權利

請求入口：privacy@goforone365.com。我們會在收到後 30 天內回覆。

關於身分驗證（App）：ABC App 1.0 不建立帳號、不要求登入，也不蒐集 email。 因此我們手上沒有一份以你為單位建立的資料可供查詢、取得副本或更正； 我們不會、也無法要求你提供身分證明文件來換取一份我們並不持有的資料。

關於徵件投稿（有留 Email 的人）：如果你在官網投稿並留下 Email， 我們手上確實有一份以你為單位的資料 —— 信箱、暱稱、影片連結、級數估計、 以及你當時勾選的同意紀錄。查詢、取得副本、更正、刪除這些權利對這份資料都適用， 來信 privacy@goforone365.com 辦理。

關於刪除：你上傳的影片與其分析結果，在分析完成後最長 7 天內自動刪除， 不需要你提出申請。若你希望在那之前就刪除某一次分析，來信並提供足以定位 該次分析的資訊，我們會處理。你下載保存到手機的檔案由你自己管理與刪除。

不想等，可以自己按：你可以在 App 的設定頁按「刪除我的資料」， 立即刪除這支手機在伺服器上的所有分析與影片，不需要來信、不需要等回覆。 付款與額度紀錄不在刪除範圍內——那是依法須保留的交易憑證， 留著也是為了避免有人用重設的方式重複取得額度。

八、跨境

伺服器位於台灣。若你在台灣以外的地區使用本服務， 你的資料會被傳送至台灣進行處理。

接收與處理的實體就是本政策開頭所列的營運者：一線入魂羽球概念店 （統一編號 42274620），台北市中山區長安東路二段 21 號（104），台灣。 影片分析在該實體向位於台灣的雲端主機商租用的伺服器上完成。

我們不會把你的影片或分析結果再轉移給其他國家的第三方。 資料在台灣處理完畢後，依第二節的保留期刪除。

九、資安

本節描述的是 1.0 已部署並經內部實測的行為；這不代表通過第三方資安稽核。

1. 全路徑正式 HTTPS。 影片上傳與結果取得全程使用正式憑證的 HTTPS，
   憑證自動續期；不存在 HTTP 備援上傳路徑。
2. 上傳同意由伺服器強制驗證。 未勾選同意的上傳，伺服器一律拒收
   （HTTP 422）；同意時間戳會被記錄。
3. 自動刪除已部署並完成實測。 伺服器副本於分析完成後最長 7 天內
   一次性級聯刪除：原始影片、成果影片、分析報告與所有衍生資料一併刪除。
4. 每日刪除稽核紀錄。 只記錄刪除數量與執行時間，不包含個人資料，
   也不包含影片內容。

設計上還有一件事直接減少了風險面：我們不持有你的帳號憑證。 ABC App 1.0 不為你建立帳號、不設定密碼、不蒐集 email； 徵件投稿留下的 Email 同樣不搭配任何密碼。 所以不存在使用者帳號密碼外洩這個風險面。

十、政策變更

本政策如有變更，我們會更新本頁的版本與日期；涉及重大變更時，會在服務內告知。

ABC Badminton AI Coach｜Privacy Policy

Translation note. This English text is provided for reference. The Traditional Chinese version is authoritative; if the two differ, the Chinese governs.

This version describes the actual design of ABC 1.0: videos are uploaded to a cloud server located in Taiwan for analysis, everything on the server is automatically deleted up to 7 days after the analysis completes, and the ABC app creates no accounts, requires no sign-in, and collects no email addresses.

1. What We Collect, and Why

Uploaded videos are transmitted to a server for analysis. The server is located in Taiwan.

ABC App 1.0 does not create accounts, does not require sign-in, and does not collect email addresses or any other contact details. You do not need to register in order to use it, and as a result we do not hold any long-term record that belongs to you. The open call on our website is a separate channel — see "Open call entries and email notifications" below.

Open call entries and email notifications

This section applies only to the open call on our website (goforone365.com/apply/). The ABC app itself collects no email addresses.

When you submit an entry you may optionally leave an email address. It is entirely optional — you can submit an entry without one.

The two consents are separate, both default to unticked, and each can be withdrawn independently. Those two purposes are the only ones: we use this address for nothing else and give it to no third party.

Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to privacy@goforone365.com at any time to see, correct or delete this record.

Retention: an address given only for progress notifications is no longer needed once that entry has been handled, and we clear such addresses periodically. An address with product news ticked is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

2. How Long We Retain It: the Server Copy and the Local Copy on Your Phone

Your data exists as two kinds of copies, with different rules. We state them separately.

The server copy

This means the data stored on our servers: the original video, the result video, the analysis report, and all data derived from the analysis.

The server copy has a single retention period. Original video, result video, analysis report — all of it is automatically deleted within 7 days of the analysis completing.

The local copy on your phone

This means the reports and result videos you choose to download and save to your phone.

These files live on your own device and are kept until you delete them yourself — they are not on our servers, and we do not and cannot delete them remotely. Whether they enter iCloud, Google, or any other device backup depends entirely on your own device and cloud backup settings.

Why it is designed this way

We deliberately do not retain data long-term. With no accounts, no server data is kept pending some future action on your part, and there are no progress records accumulated across videos — as far as the system is concerned, each analysis stands alone.

Exception: if we receive a formal demand from a court or a competent authority under due legal process requiring us to preserve specific data, we will preserve it within the scope and for the period that demand requires, and delete it once the obligation ends. We do not extend the retention periods above for any other reason.

3. Age

This service is for users aged 18 or over.

This is a condition of use, which we state on this page, in the Terms of Service, and on the Support page. 1.0 requires no registration, and therefore has no age verification step at registration — we state this plainly rather than claim a verification mechanism that does not exist.

Minor players may appear in videos, but the uploader must be their guardian or must have obtained the guardian's authorization.

4. Other People in Videos

Badminton videos usually capture opponents, teammates, or people at the side of the court. We handle this in three layers:

1. Declaration before upload
   The uploader must confirm that they have the right to upload the video, and that they have appropriately informed the identifiable people in it,
   as suited to the circumstances of filming, that the video will be used for AI badminton analysis; where minors are involved, that the uploader is their guardian or has obtained authorization.
2. Removal requests
   If you appear in a video uploaded by someone else, you can email us to ask that we delete
   the related video and analysis data: privacy@goforone365.com. We will respond within 30
   days of receiving your request.
   Please note a technical limit of this service: we do not create accounts, and we do not
   build identity data capable of identifying a specific person across videos, so we cannot
   search for videos by name or by face. Please include enough information in your email to
   locate the video — for example the date of filming, the venue or court, and who uploaded it.
   Also note that videos and analysis results are automatically deleted within 7 days of the
   analysis completing. In most cases the data will already be gone by the time your request
   reaches us; if it is still within the retention period, we will delete it.
3. Technically, we do not establish anyone's identity
   See the next section.

5. We Do Not Perform Facial Recognition

This service does not perform facial recognition, and does not build identity data capable of identifying a specific person across videos.

Analysis is performed only on the subject the user designates within that particular video. When the same person appears in different videos, those are unrelated instances as far as the system is concerned.

This is a statement about the current technical behavior of this service. If this is to change in the future, we will update this policy first.

6. Third Parties and the Hosting Provider

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services. As of the date of this version, this service does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking package; videos are also not transmitted to any third-party AI or image recognition service.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your personal data for advertising targeting.

"No tracking" refers to advertising and marketing tracking. For operations and security, the server produces technical access logs (see section 2), which may include the source IP address and are kept for up to 7 days before being rotated and deleted automatically; they are not used for advertising, marketing, or cross-service tracking.

Hosting provider: videos are processed on a cloud host located in Taiwan. The hosting company is a service provider to this service, supplying the computing and storage infrastructure we run on. We have not purchased any snapshot or backup feature from the hosting company; once data is deleted on the service side, no copy retained by this service exists.

1.0 is free and has no in-app purchases, so there is no payment service provider; there are no push notifications either.

If in the future data must be processed due to law, a valid government request, or another service provider necessary for operations, we will list the party, purpose, and scope on this page before we begin using them.

7. Your Rights

Where to make a request: privacy@goforone365.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

On identity verification (the app): ABC App 1.0 does not create accounts, does not require sign-in, and does not collect email addresses. We therefore hold no record built around you that can be inquired about, copied, or corrected; we will not — and cannot — ask you to produce identity documents in exchange for data we do not hold.

On open call entries (if you left an email address): if you submitted an entry on our website and left an email address, we do hold a record built around you — the address, your nickname, the video link, the level estimate, and the consents you ticked at the time. The rights to access, obtain a copy, correct and delete do apply to that record. Write to privacy@goforone365.com and we will handle it.

On deletion: the video you upload and its analysis results are automatically deleted within 7 days of the analysis completing, with no request needed. If you want a particular analysis deleted before then, email us with enough information to locate it and we will handle it. The files you download and save to your phone are managed and deleted by you.

If you do not want to wait, you can do it yourself: tap "Delete my data" in the app's settings page to immediately delete every analysis and video this phone has on our servers — no email, no waiting for a reply. Payment and quota records are outside the scope of that deletion: they are transaction records we are required to keep, and keeping them also prevents quota being claimed repeatedly by resetting.

8. Cross-Border

The server is located in Taiwan. If you use this service from outside Taiwan, your data will be transmitted to Taiwan for processing.

The receiving and processing entity is the operator listed at the top of this policy: 一線入魂羽球概念店 (GOFORONE365), Business ID 42274620, No. 21, Section 2, Chang'an East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City (104), Taiwan. Video analysis is completed on servers that entity rents from a cloud hosting company located in Taiwan.

We do not onward-transfer your videos or analysis results to third parties in other countries. Once processing in Taiwan is complete, the data is deleted per the retention period in section 2.

9. Information Security

This section describes behavior of 1.0 that is deployed and has been tested internally; it does not mean this service has passed a third-party security audit.

1. HTTPS everywhere, with a production certificate. Video upload and result retrieval
   run entirely over HTTPS with a production certificate that renews automatically;
   there is no HTTP fallback upload path.
2. Upload consent is enforced by the server. An upload without the consent box checked
   is rejected by the server (HTTP 422); the consent timestamp is recorded.
3. Automatic deletion is deployed and tested. The server copy is removed in a single
   cascading deletion up to 7 days after the analysis completes: the original video, the
   result video, the analysis report, and all derived data are deleted together.
4. Daily deletion audit records. They record only the number of deletions and the
   execution time; they contain no personal data and no video content.

One more property of the design directly reduces the risk surface: we hold no credentials of yours. ABC App 1.0 does not create an account for you, does not set passwords, and does not collect email addresses; the optional open-call address carries no password either. The risk of leaked user credentials therefore does not exist here.

10. Policy Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the version and date on this page; where major changes are involved, we will give notice within the service.
