本條款適用於 ABC Badminton AI Coach 的 Beta 測試與後續服務。

服務內容與 Beta 性質

服務依使用者上傳的羽球對打影片，整理可見的對打片段、移動、動作觀測、視覺效果與訓練線索。Beta 階段的功能、可用性、處理時間與測試名額可能調整；我們不保證所有影片都能提供完整結果。

使用者責任

使用者應提供有權使用的影片，並在影片含有球友或其他可辨識人物時，取得適當理解。使用者不得上傳違法、侵權、具侮辱性或未經授權的內容，也不得以服務結果冒充官方分級、精密儀器量測或醫療診斷。

本服務供年滿 18 歲的使用者使用。

結果的性質

級數區間為自動估計，並非官方分級。球速推算、鷹眼小地圖與部分視覺特效屬觀賞用資訊或效果，不是儀器量測。分析結果只反映上傳影片中可辨識的內容；無法可靠判斷的項目可能空白。動作觀測不是醫療意見，疼痛或不適應向合格教練或醫療專業人員諮詢。

你的影片與資料

1.0 不建立帳號、不需要登入，也不蒐集 email。你不需要註冊就能使用。

上傳的影片與其分析結果依隱私權政策處理：影片會傳送到位於台灣的伺服器進行分析，伺服器上的副本在分析完成後最長 7 天內自動刪除。你自行下載保存到裝置的報告與影片，保留至你自行刪除為止。因為沒有帳號，也就沒有跨影片累積的長期紀錄。

刪除請求或第三人移除請求，請寄 privacy@goforone365.com，我們會在收到後 30 天內回覆。完整說明見隱私權政策。

訂閱與付款

免費層：不需要付費、不需要綁卡。免費層拿到的分析項目與付費相同，功能沒有被閹割；差別只在排程順序較後、等待時間較長，以及每月可用次數較少。

ABC Pro（訂閱）：每月 NT$ 299，自動續訂。創始優惠為前三個月每月 NT$ 249。

單次分析券：每張 NT$ 79，自購買日起 6 個月內有效，逾期失效。若因系統無法辨識、機位角度受限或伺服器異常導致該次分析未完成，扣掉的券會自動歸還。

扣款與續訂都由商店處理。 所有金流由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 執行。我們不經手、不蒐集、也不儲存你的信用卡號或任何金融帳戶資訊。

隨時可以取消。 到 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱設定關閉自動續訂即可。只要在當期結束前至少 24 小時關掉，就不會再扣下一期；已經付費的當期仍可使用到期滿。

退款依 Apple 與 Google 各自的退款規範辦理，請直接向你購買的那個商店提出。

換手機時，用 App 內的「恢復購買」即可取回仍在效期內的權益。

變更與聯絡

正式服務得在合理範圍內更新功能、條款與隱私說明。條款如有變更，我們會更新本頁的版本與日期；涉及重大變更時，會在服務內告知。

These Terms apply to the Beta testing of ABC Badminton AI Coach and to the service that follows it.

The free tier requires no payment and no card on file; ABC Pro subscriptions and single-analysis passes are also available — see "Subscriptions and Payment" below.

Service Content and Beta Nature

Based on the badminton rally videos uploaded by the user, the service compiles the visible rally segments, movement, stroke observations, visual effects, and training cues. During the Beta phase, features, availability, processing time, and the number of tester slots may be adjusted; we do not guarantee that complete results can be provided for every video.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide videos they have the right to use, and where a video contains playing partners or other identifiable persons, must obtain their appropriate understanding. Users must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized, and must not pass off the service's results as official grading, precision-instrument measurement, or medical diagnosis.

This service is for users aged 18 or over.

Nature of the Results

The level range is an automated estimate, not an official grading. Shuttle-speed estimation, the hawk-eye mini-map, and some visual effects are viewing-oriented information or effects, not instrument measurements. Analysis results reflect only what is identifiable in the uploaded video; items that cannot be reliably determined may be left blank. stroke observations are not medical advice; for pain or discomfort, consult a qualified coach or a medical professional.

Your Videos and Data

1.0 does not create accounts, does not require sign-in, and does not collect email addresses. You do not need to register in order to use it.

Uploaded videos and their analysis results are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy: videos are transmitted to a server located in Taiwan for analysis, and the server copy is automatically deleted within 7 days of the analysis completing. The reports and videos you choose to download and save to your device are kept until you delete them yourself. Because there are no accounts, there is no long-term record accumulated across videos.

For deletion requests, or requests to remove a third party who appears in a video, email privacy@goforone365.com; we will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.

Subscriptions and Payment

Free tier. No payment and no card on file. The free tier returns the same analysis items as the paid tiers — no features are withheld. The differences are lower scheduling priority, longer waiting time, and fewer analyses per month.

ABC Pro (subscription). NT$ 299 per month, auto-renewing. Founding-member pricing is NT$ 249 per month for the first three months.

Single-analysis pass. NT$ 79 each, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase; unused passes expire after that. If an analysis cannot be completed because the system could not recognise the footage, the camera angle was too limited, or a server fault occurred, the pass spent on it is automatically returned.

Billing and renewal are handled by the stores. All payment processing is carried out by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle, collect, or store your card number or any financial account information.

You can cancel at any time. Turn off auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, you will not be charged for the next period; the period you have already paid for remains usable until it expires.

Refunds follow Apple's and Google's own refund policies — please request them directly from the store you purchased through.

Changing phones. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to recover entitlements that are still within their validity period.

Changes and Contact

The official service may update features, terms, and privacy disclosures within a reasonable scope. If these Terms change, we will update the version and date on this page; where major changes are involved, we will give notice within the service.
