服務內容與 Beta 性質

服務依使用者上傳的羽球對打影片，整理可見的對打片段、移動、姿勢觀測、視覺效果與訓練線索。Beta 階段的功能、可用性、處理時間與測試名額可能調整；我們不保證所有影片都能提供完整結果。

使用者責任

使用者應提供有權使用的影片，並在影片含有球友或其他可辨識人物時，取得適當理解。使用者不得上傳違法、侵權、具侮辱性或未經授權的內容，也不得以服務結果冒充官方分級、精密儀器量測或醫療診斷。

結果的性質

級數區間為自動估計，並非官方分級。球速推算、鷹眼小地圖與部分視覺特效屬觀賞用資訊或效果，不是儀器量測。分析結果只反映上傳影片中可辨識的內容；無法可靠判斷的項目可能空白。姿勢觀測不是醫療意見，疼痛或不適應向合格教練或醫療專業人員諮詢。

帳號與資料

帳號、上傳影片及分析結果依隱私權政策處理。使用者可提出帳號與資料刪除要求。正式條款應補足實際處理窗口、期限及依法必須保留的資料範圍。

變更與聯絡

正式服務得在合理範圍內更新功能、條款與隱私說明。更新方式待 Owner 確認後補入。

This draft of the Terms applies to the Beta testing of ABC — AI Badminton Coach and to the service that follows it. The operating entity, service contact details, fees, governing law, jurisdiction, limitation of liability, and termination handling are still pending confirmation by the Owner and legal counsel.

Service Content and Beta Nature

Based on the badminton rally videos uploaded by the user, the service compiles the visible rally segments, movement, posture observations, visual effects, and training cues. During the Beta phase, features, availability, processing time, and the number of tester slots may be adjusted; we do not guarantee that complete results can be provided for every video.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide videos they have the right to use, and where a video contains playing partners or other identifiable persons, must obtain their appropriate understanding. Users must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized, and must not pass off the service's results as official grading, precision-instrument measurement, or medical diagnosis.

Nature of the Results

The level range is an automated estimate, not an official grading. Shuttle-speed estimation, the hawk-eye mini-map, and some visual effects are viewing-oriented information or effects, not instrument measurements. Analysis results reflect only what is identifiable in the uploaded video; items that cannot be reliably determined may be left blank. Posture observations are not medical advice; for pain or discomfort, consult a qualified coach or a medical professional.

Accounts and Data

Accounts, uploaded videos, and analysis results are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users may submit requests for deletion of their account and data. The official Terms must additionally specify the actual processing contact point, the time limits, and the scope of data that must be retained by law.

Changes and Contact

The official service may update features, terms, and privacy disclosures within a reasonable scope. The update method will be added once confirmed by the Owner.
