分析結果看起來不準

級數是這支影片的估計，不是你的固定分數。同一個人換一支影片，結果可能不一樣。 影響最大的幾件事：整個球場有沒有入鏡、受測者是不是背對鏡頭、場館燈光與背景顏色、 對手強度（對手太弱時來回會變短，數字會偏低）、以及影片內容是練球還是正式對打。

想拿到最接近真實水準的結果，就投勢均力敵的對打、完整球場入鏡、光線充足的影片。

我要刪除我的資料

你上傳的影片與分析結果，在分析完成後最長 7 天內會自動刪除，你不需要提出申請。

如果你想在那之前就刪除某一次分析，寫信到 privacy@goforone365.com， 並附上足以定位該次分析的資訊（例如上傳日期、影片內容）。

要先說清楚一件事：1.0 沒有帳號、沒有登入，我們也不蒐集 email。 所以我們手上沒有一份「屬於你」的資料可以查詢或匯出——這也是為什麼刪除請求 需要你提供定位資訊，我們無法用你的身分去搜尋。

影片裡有我，但不是我上傳的

寫信到 privacy@goforone365.com，我們會處理相關影片與分析資料的移除。

因為我們不做人臉辨識、也不建立跨影片的身份資料，無法用姓名或臉孔搜尋影片。 請在信中提供拍攝日期、球館或球場、上傳者是誰等資訊。

另外，影片與分析結果最長 7 天就會自動刪除，多數情況下你來信時資料已經不在了。

這是醫療建議嗎

不是。本服務不是醫療工具，也不會診斷傷害。動作觀測只是描述畫面上看得到的東西。 若有疼痛、膝蓋不穩或其他不適，請諮詢合格教練或醫療專業人員。

資料保留多久

伺服器上的副本只有一個保留期：分析完成後最長 7 天，之後自動刪除。

不分原始影片、成果影片或分析報告，伺服器副本全部適用同一條規則。 你自行下載保存到手機的報告與成果影片，保留至你自行刪除為止—— 那是你裝置上的檔案，我們不會、也無法遠端刪除。1.0 沒有帳號， 所以也沒有跨影片累積的長期紀錄。完整說明見隱私權政策。

本服務供年滿 18 歲的使用者使用。

Need help, want your data deleted, or appear in a video someone else uploaded — this page covers all of it.

We reply by email, usually within business hours, and within 30 days of receiving your request. Store: No. 21, Section 2, Chang'an East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City (104), +886-2-2358-4577, open daily 12:00–22:30 (Taiwan time, GMT+8).

The result does not look accurate

The level is an estimate for that video, not a fixed score for you. The same player can get a different level from a different video. What changes the result most: whether the whole court is in frame, whether the player has their back to the camera, hall lighting and background colour, how strong the opponent is (against a weaker opponent the rallies stay short and the numbers come out low), and whether the footage is drills or real match play.

For the result closest to your real level, send an evenly matched match, with the whole court in frame and good lighting.

I want my data deleted

The video you upload and its analysis results are automatically deleted up to 7 days after the analysis completes. You do not need to ask.

If you want a particular analysis deleted before then, email privacy@goforone365.com with enough information to locate it (for example the upload date and what is in the video).

One thing to be clear about first: 1.0 has no accounts, no sign-in, and we do not collect email addresses. We therefore hold no record that can be identified as "yours" to look up or export — which is also why a deletion request needs locating information from you; we cannot search by your identity.

I appear in a video I did not upload

Email privacy@goforone365.com and we will handle removal of the related video and analysis data.

Because we do not perform facial recognition and do not build identity data across videos, we cannot search for videos by name or by face. Please include the date of filming, the venue or court, and who uploaded it.

Note also that videos and analysis results are automatically deleted after up to 7 days, so in most cases the data will already be gone by the time you write to us.

Is this medical advice

No. This service is not a medical tool and does not diagnose injuries. Posture observations only describe what is visible in the footage. For pain, knee instability, or other discomfort, consult a qualified coach or a medical professional.

How long is data kept

The server copy has one retention period: up to 7 days after the analysis completes, then automatically deleted.

Original video, result video, analysis report — the same rule applies to every server copy. The reports and result videos you download and save to your phone are kept until you delete them yourself — those are files on your own device, and we do not and cannot delete them remotely. 1.0 has no accounts, so there is no long-term record accumulated across videos. See the privacy policy for the full statement.

Who can use it

This service is for users aged 18 or over.
